This site is operated by BetterWorld, a business registered in Quebec (NEQ 2281941809). By browsing this site or placing an order on it, you accept the terms below.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, in particular in the event of an obvious pricing error, a supplier stock-out, or suspected fraud. If your order is cancelled after payment, you are refunded in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your delivery country where Shopify supports it, and in Canadian dollars otherwise. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Prices may change without notice, but the price that applies to your order is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

Products and colours

We do our best to represent our products faithfully. Colours may nonetheless vary slightly depending on your screen, and items printed to order may show very slight variations from one copy to another. That is part of the nature of the process.

Intellectual property

The BetterWorld name, logo, visuals and designs shown on this site belong to us. You may not reproduce them or use them commercially without our written authorization.

We strive to keep the information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors. The content of the site is provided for information purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude the rights granted to you by Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.
